Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using this website and any services provided by Reliable Rescue LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use this site or our services.
Scope These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, content, products, services, and any other offerings provided by the Company (collectively, the “Services”). Additional terms may apply to specific services, events, purchases, or promotions; those terms will be presented to you and, if applicable, will supplement or modify these Terms.
Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Account Registration and Security
Account information: If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notification: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
Use of Services
Permitted use: You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited conduct: You must not (a) use the Services to violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties; (c) upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users’ accounts; (e) engage in harassing, abusive, or discriminatory behavior; or (f) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
Content standards: Any content you submit must be accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. You certify that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such content.
Intellectual Property 10.1 Ownership. All content, features, and functionality offered or provided on or through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, trademarks, trade dress, software, designs, and all related intellectual property rights (collectively, "Content"), are and will remain the exclusive property of Reliabe Rescue LLC or its licensors, subject to applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. 10.2 License to Users. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Reliabe Rescue LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to (a) sell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise make the Services available to third parties; (b) modify, copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the Services or Content; or (c) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any software made available through the Services, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. 10.3 Feedback. If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Services ("Feedback"), you grant Reliabe Rescue LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, or otherwise exploit such Feedback for any purpose without obligation of attribution or compensation to you.
User Content and Conduct 11.1 User Content. You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, or display through the Services ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights necessary to submit the User Content and that your User Content does not violate these Terms or applicable laws. 11.2 Acceptable Use. You agree not to use the Services to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe or misappropriate any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; (c) upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' accounts; (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; (f) harass, threaten, or otherwise harm another person; or (g) collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent. 11.3 Monitoring and Enforcement. We may, but are not required to, monitor User Content and user activity for compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to remove or refuse to post any User Content and to suspend or terminate access to the Services for users who violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct. We may also disclose information about users when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Reliabe Rescue LLC, our users, or the public.
Payments, Billing, and Refunds 12.1 Fees. Use of certain features or Services may require payment of fees. All fees are denominated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your account and any Services you purchase, in accordance with the billing terms presented to you at the time of purchase. 12.2 Billing Authorization. By providing a payment method, you authorize Reliabe Rescue LLC and our payment processors to charge that payment method for all charges associated with your account, including recurring charges, until you cancel the applicable Service or delete your account. 12.3 Refunds and Cancellations. Refund and cancellation policies vary by Service and will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Except as otherwise specified, all fees are non-refundable. You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period unless otherwise stated. 12.4 Payment Disputes. If you dispute any charge, you must notify us promptly and provide supporting documentation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Services for unpaid amounts and to pursue all available collection remedies.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability 13.1 No Warranty. THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. RELIABE RESCUE LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, NOR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. 13.2 Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER RELIABE RESCUE LLC NOR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS
